Choose from the toolbar  interface in Autocad

workspase

provides achoice of workspase make current

type Cui @ Cammand

below 'All Customize file '

click work space  and

select drafting and annotion  and right click 

new work space 

and apply

new work space name will apper 

and

then change what ever you want

and go to drafting and annotion 

and save
