What is a good motivation to work with the people who are not fully professional/ cooperative or having less skills than you?

Teaching and Coaching is an essential part of leadership skill and attitude. So teach those who have less skills than you and align their goals with yours for them to cooperate with you. 

Teams need to have common goals and vision to make a company drive towards success.
