What does it take to become a food critic?

Things to do to become a food critic you must have the following knowledge: you must be cognizant on the sense of taste  ( sour, sweet, bitter, salty, omame ), knowledge on different ingredients and dishes, cooking technique and knowledge in art presentation, knowledge to distinguish edible and non edible ingredients, etc... 

to become a food critic you must love food first and you must know what are the food that is being put in front of you. you must have the knowledge to identify the ingredients of the meal by just smelling it, know your thing first.  you must recognize the food and diffrentiate it whether its sweet, sour,salty, bitter or omame and if it does work on those taste.
