Which is the most developed city in terms of graphic design in the United Arab Emirates ?

I do not work in Dubai, but as far as I know it's Dubai that holds the fist place in media / graphic design / advertising sectors

I dont know if I am competent to answer this question but as far as I know it might be Dubai considering its "Media City" plus we have one 3D animated feature film called "Bilal" published in the same city.

I think Dubai is the most remembered in that field.
