I am electrical engineer some people tolled me that it is the wastage of time at bayet so please kindly let me know is it good for job or not dear.?

Well , it depend on many factors , the more active member the more and top visible

just use it as one of  your jobs finding gates , do not totally relied on it  

  keep refresh/ update your information , ask your Colleagues recommendations , try to make your resume  more professional and simple , and it'll work ..
