Well... i would not apply in your company if i do not know my capability to full this vacant as you expected , and my experience will translating my ability to doing tasks day by day through probation period.

Other candidates may be just like me or may be best experience wise , but i am already motivated and have requested loyalty which will make me a long term employee who will serve his position as a booklet said.

 To hire some one , you need to review his profile carefully and with attention as hiring manager tou know what profile and what skills do you need , during the personal interview you will get more clarify about the candidate , the question is not correct and offensive but as a candidate I will present my skills and my value in the most clear and professional way then you make the right decision for your company.
