What do you do when you come up with a proposal to increase the work efficiency and the vice manager accepts it but does not thank you?

Dont expect a praise everytime you do something positive to the company. Praise do come on their own pace and sometimes is cultural thing. Some preferred to pat on the back for a job well done, and sometimes you have to ask for it. Do your deeds and the results always shows and refect back to the contributors. good luck
