Logistics is knitting relevant & timely information among procurement (what & when to buy), warehousing (what to store, quantity, storage, order processing), then transportation, (fleet management, rates, route, timings) etc
supply chain Management is summing up all activities - Logistics, warehouse, procurement, fleet management, & other related activities.
