What is the difference between automobile manufacturer warranty and agency warranty?

Manufacturer warranty is paying the expense by manufacturer as manufacturing defects, agency warranty is paying by agency his budget as except manufacturing defects. As generally agency is doing this for good relations with clients, like user mistakes etc.

Automobile manufacturer warranty those parts which cant be justify that faliure happens because of the customer or any kind of manufacturing defect for a certain period.

Agency or3rd party warranty is the failed part can be replaced except manufaturing defect under the terms & condition of that agency &3rd party or as a goodwill for better relationship with customer or buisness .

We know automobile are machinery product. They are depreciable things, But agency warranty is likes non machinable, likes to human a workers

             Manufacture warranty is done with help of authorized dealer or distributor to make sure the band prestige and also to have the zero defect in the brand, But in case if  agency they try to satisfy the customer by reworking the defects and also the quick response make the good value for the  agency.

The difference are the MANUFACTURER WARRANTY provides a new one for the parts defected, while the AGENCY WARRANTY is repair the parts defected to maintain the trust of their clients.
