What is more important for a successful career , academic qualification or positive altitude ?

BOTH. We need to have the minimum acedemic qualification for getting throgh the selection process. Once selected then the POSITIVE attitude plays the more important role for a successful career.

positive altitude, success depend upon positive altitude, there are many successful businessman who does not have any academic qualification. 

first the main thing is self confidence not over confidence,and believe in your self and the thing ar going on....

do hardwork and the success will follow you....

Both of them is needful, but the main goal is your intention. If you have a good intention & desire to work then you will be always on top.

Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah Winfrey to name a few wouldnt be where they are now if not because of their positive attitude, regardless of their academic qualifications.

It is absolutely Positive thinking. Leadership, managing people ,motivating people is more important than the academic result to make a shining future.
