Do we have to tell all positive aspects and hide negative aspects of any product from our customer?

Thanks for sending me the invitation. This is called cheating and your customer will never trust you anymore. What you can do is to state the positive and negative aspects of a product while comparing it with another product based on the knowing what the customer wants in the product.
