Organizational performance is the compounded result of employee performance and business performance. Hence, it is extremely critical to focus on Human Performance Improvement by setting aggressive KPIs for each position as well as matching behavioral competencies. Thereafter gaps must be identified between the current level of performance vs. the desired level of performance. Finally, training interventions must be arranged to address those gaps and elevate employee performance and ultimately the organizational performance as well!
