How can I prevent irrelevant candidates from applying to my post?

You can’t prevent any candidate from applying; however we provide an option where you can set certain criteria to be mandatory and the CVs that don’t match will be directed to the screened out folder. The criteria include (Years of Exp, Residence location, Gender, Nationality & Degree).
