Why should I hate the HR? I myself in HR and I love HR as it deals the human capital. HR is really interesting and 'every day is a new day' for me.
HR is the equilibrium of the entire organization or company
HR is a strategic partners of employees and it protects the employees rights in organization. Why someone hates HR? HR is a guardian of employees, if HR tries to mentoring or coaching on this issue to the employees, it will be helpful to bridge HR and Non HR employees.
Why to hate? Is HR is monster? Or Killer? Zafar sb, do elaborate your experience or query. Might be elaboration could be added.
Im a Finance person and I dont hater HR .They are essenstial to our company .I do however hate their attitude .Their attitude is such that they are the most intelligent , most needed department in the company .Also that they instruct Finance on what payments to do and we thus report to them.HR fails to understand that they initiate payments and give us a docket ,advising us on what payment is due to the relevant employee.However we do not report to HR and also have our own finance policies relevant to that specific payment.If their docket is contarty to our policy ,and we do not act on their advise2nd world war breaks out "' we instructed you', follow our instructions"'. Im sorry but the last time I checked , HR staff were not appointed as my direct supervisors, thus have no right to instruct me to do anything .HR , Finance war is a war prevalant in many companies to the detriment of those companies .It is a power struggle , when bother sections have as much power in their relevant fields.
