Agreed with the experts submission but in addition to that, yes this would cost a lot for a business but for some reason that some of the marketing experts uses this as a ground to catch more prospects for the new or next product line.

In the competitive environment where you have not much luxury, hence, if you do not care your customer or understand his/her focus / need then not only you loose that opportunity but also divert him or her for other options. Through bad reviews you have not only lost the business but strengthen your competition too.
A bad review, will lose customer, and real money.
A bad review can cost your business lots of customers or real money. Especially in this day and age where a single review or post can immediately go trending. And customers today are smarter, they look for reviews first before availing products or services. That said, having a lots of bad reviews and simply ignoring it will cause you lots for trouble.
