Why it is difficult to get a job?

In purely economic terms a job is a capital investment by the business.  (In principle you can buy a machine to do a task, or hire a person.) 

With an increasing population there is (effectively) an infinite supply of labour:  people have babies.  Capital, on the other hand, is scarce. 

People are more and jobs are less..............
