How did you deal with specific situations in your working life and what you learn from them?

During my 16 years of experience, I have dealt with many situations thus gaining skills in troubleshooting and solving complaints, being calm and patient, not rushing into decisions, planning and achieving targets. 

Personally, having in the field of sales and customer service, I have encountered so much of the situations that you only have two options to choose - you want to ruin your days or you want your day to be productive? I this siutation, I always choose to be more productive than unproductive. I dealt it in a positive way after all, you will not solve the problem with another problem. I always think of what my mom said when I was new in this country that regardless of how tough the people with you until and unless they will hurt you physically, just humble yourself because the more you humble yourself the more God will left you up. Which I find it really effective motivation to myself and not just a motivation but a leaving testimony that His word endures forever.

There are very many specific situations i have encounted in my working life but i can't list them here because they are "many" & "big" in terms of narration. However i have learned so many lessons out of them, some of which i can list here below;

Patience & endurance.

Humility & compassion.

Every situation may call for a different measure.

Never to take things for granted.

Always to be ready for any challanges because life is full of challanges & surprises.

Always to be empathetic.

Respecting everyone irrespective of their social status

 

You must be patient in your life

 

And trying to learn every day of your life
