A life changing quote "STAY FOOLISH STAY HUNGRY" by Steve Job, what is our motivation to improve our professional lives by this quote?

Stay foolish, stay hungry

The statement awakes me to the reality of considering much more the intrinsic motivation, where my job satisfaction would mean 1000 folds of my extrinsic motivation i get.

some of the intrinsic professional motivation would be:

1. In the bracket group of your profession do not depend so much on what you have just learnt. there is need for continuous update with the current trends on how to handle your job

 

2. Always keep thinking outside the box to keep your job relevant and needful always

 

3. Always be a step a head, make your self an admired,all want, asset

 

Remember as  a person or employee if you cannot be motivated from inside(your own effort) no amount of money or motivation offered will.
