What are impacts of foreign direct investment on agriculture in developing countries visa vise ensuring sustainable agriculture and food security?

My intension is for excahnging experience and knowldge on this regard. As you all know, the investment in agriculture is related with investment in land and natural resources. Two contraversioal issues are associated with FDI in this sector. The first one is land grabing and the second environment and climate change issue. The two issues have direct or indirect impact on the  sustainability and ennsuring food security particularly in Africa and other developing countries. Therefore, I urge to all forum participants discuss and share their views on this aspect.
