What is the most challenging engineering project that project manager can do?

I the most challenging engineering project that can be done when there are :-

1- natural problems.

2- there is a duffuclity to carry out the design.

3- un planned event happened which stop your work.

4- employee can't work as a team work.

5- when can't reach deadline of the project

Challenges vary from project manager to another, according to his experience in the field of long- official work       !!!

Challanging task for an Engineering Project Manager is to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a project to achieve the preset project goal. Throughout this course of time from initiating to closing, PM has to coope with primarily constraints coming from scope, time, quality and budgrt and Secondarily to optamize the allocation of all inputs to integrate them into a predefined output. Its the ultimate challange for a PM in Engineering Project Management.

Lead a project is summarized in 3 main steps:

 

The definition phase or framing: it is any part of the analysis, and formalization of upstream planning. It is the very beginning of the process with the taking into account of the request and the preparation of the work to come (Constitution of the team, the development of the schedule, definition of resources...).

 

Execution: the realization of what has been planned previously with the working sessions, meetings with the stakeholders, the intermediate validations, communication, the (very important) driving the change...

 

The conclusion: the time of the balance sheet and the organization of the end of the work. With an objective to capitalize on the experience recently acquired.

Every challang is a difficult but its all depend on you what you think about the problem.if you think it so difficult and hard than your mind is hank, the solution or pettern never be gutted.if you relax you mind nd try to solve it than you must solve any problem or challeng.
