I Work hard and Flexible. If our senior Koreans can not see my work progress. How can i prove my level to my employer?

Sometimes getting noticed by your boss or your employer needs time for them to realized that you can be an asset for them. Just show them you are active on your job, keep improving your skills & apply it on your work and always communicate with your boss so that they will know you more.
