In designing a questionnaire, the objective should me straight in mind, do you need to
measure attitude, perceptions, or beliefs. Some points should be considered
in any questionnaire:1- consider
the order of
the questions: Q1: what do think about brand X for laundry? Q2: what are the laundry products that you know? In this case all respondents will mention brand X.2- the questions should not be directional: Do you like brand X?While instead say; what do you think of brand X?
3- If you are going to use scale question, define the scale clearly and if you are not using advanced analytical tools keep it simple
Ex: Scale from1 to5
;1 means 'totally disagree',5 means 'Totally agree', and3 means 'neither agree nor disagree'
