First, you should decide what are your skills, and what are you interested in ?
Then, see the differences between the three majors:
Communication: this major is based on learning the basics of communications, satellites and the basics of signals and waves, the field of work about this major is somewhere limited in Egypt, but you can search online for scholarships or internships abroad.
Computer Engineering: this major is a- based, it is somewhere in between of computer's hardware and software, but it wont give you a direct skills or certificate to be ready for work; You should specialize yourself in a specific career.
Computer Architecture: this major is about% hardware based with some Electrical and Electronic basics, and if you want to be a computer hardware expert, go for it.
It depend on what you like, communication and computer engineer so close to each other, if you like to program and design electronic panels so go ahead in it, but if you like to draw shapes and buildings, so I advice you to choose architecture engineer
I vote for Architecture.... I think that is the most interesting from all you mention.

Communication: Is a more of telecommunication engineering and combination of networking and hardware with little of software components
Computer: Is of completelt software with little hardware (i.e. embedded systems)
Architecure: Is of more into buidling architecture
Faculty: Is a standard life and balanced work-life balance which many of people enjoy the profession.
Computer Engineering is the best choice for the future without no dubt. Expecially for a woman.
