Does leader derives the strength from his team or the team take the strength from their leader ? what do you think ?

Both motivate each other , the leader should have the energy to transfer it to the team , also his skills improving the work atmosphere make the team more skilled and motivated to send the positive climate to the leader on the other direction

The process should be in both directions, the leader shall inspire with his energy, but shall allow team members to contribute with their skills and ideas. However the final decision and the responsibility shall be taken by the leader.
