Team management, is it a skill gifted to people with leadership skills? Or it is a structured technique practiced in a scientific business approach?

Team management is a skill which many people can learn.  Some people have a natural ability; some people don't but are good learners. 

Everybody can improve their management skills and become a better manager, although not everybody has the right character to become a good manager.

Most of the time, management in business is not difficult enough to require somebody with a natural ability.  Somebody who has learnt the skill is perfectly acceptable.
