All managers have to deal with conflict situations. Describe a recent example you could successfully handle.

The client was un happy with the work done, I went with him and explain what they have done and why they did it that way.  The client still doesn't want it done that way and want to put us off site. Then I change the scope of work and explain to the client that it will cost more for the changes and he is happy to do the changes
