I think it is not possible to apply key words in a CV for different people. Every one has his/her own Profession and specilities. And definitely those key words will be different from person to person

Its funny how we are told to use key words in cv to catch the eye. What if someone gets a cv written up by some expert and has absolutely poor performance skills at work? Anywho, I guess the employer wants to see how much goal oriented and focused you are under any circumstances.
