I just want to know, can the air conditioner be distributed from chiller that place at the top of building to ground floor then back to first floor?

Where you need air conditioner need to fix some required capasity ac equipments with chilled water supply and get it required ac conditioning.

why you not make the design that air disturb from up to down ??
