How long does it take to register a new business in your country? (please add which country you're from in your answer).

It takes 1 to 3 month to start a business here in Ethiopia. But its different from a sector to another.

In the UK it's anything from a few days to a few weeks depending on exactly what you want to do.  It's not difficult or expensive.

If you want to be a 'sole trader' (just being in business for yourself) then in general you don't need to do anything to register, you can just start trading.  You still have to comply with all legislation relevant to the industry.

I think in maximum 20 to 25 days and m from pakistan.

It takes about 3 to 6 weeks in Dubai if it's a free zone company and about one month if it's an LLC company. In Egypt it takes about 2-3 months because of extra security and legal verification.
