Is the increase in volume and as a percentage of value added is a favorable or unfavorable element? Why ?

i think if ur company doing well in production and making profit then it will be a good element , because when u added it into ur whole production u may know about the overall efficiency of the workers as well as unit that they can meet that target well or not.
