Are leaders born or made?

Yes its right that leader are born and made. Some leaders like born like Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Tipu Sultan. Where as some leaders are made like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Azim Premji.

Leaders are born to make leaders 

For sure leaders are both born and made.because some of the skills of leaders can be gained by practice and learning, and some charismatic qualities are  born with the leader and developed and enhanced by experience.
