I think your question is a bit confusing really, what do you imply by location? are you about storage temperature, room,space or distance from market..

For furniture items, to prevent from sunlight, rain or moisture, which may affect the quality of the wood / steel and also the varnish / paint. Hence I would suggest a closed place with normal temperature room
