How do we attract any candidate we want to hire by emphasizing the points that he cares about most?

You have to have very professional communication skills to be able to convince the candidate and get his trust in your company. Do not promise anything you cannot make happen...be honest and tell truth about the job and your company...do not exaggerate and sell dreams.
