Would you accept working for a growing company or do you prefer big companies?

i prefer the big company

I truly believe that If you really wanna grow your self, you should work with a company that is in growing stage, that leads and assists you to learn about your own self and explore in much deep.

Does not matter if is growing and big company the most important is did you like your work or not if your unswear yes then you can get a perfect position on growing company

If by growing company you mean in terms of organizational development, definitely I accept working.
But a growing company in terms of size with no organizational development is a wasted trip.

Growing Company gives you growth and a chance of sharing and learning, though it brings challenges everyday and also creates opportunity everyday.

What is most important to answer this question is, What is it that I want to accomplish? Personally, I wish to work in a company that is in the growing stage, allows me to take risk and hopefully allowing me to accomplish my goals by expanding my experience in the Marketing and Advertising industry.

In a growing company.
Growing together, learning, making decisions and seeing the progress is rewarding.
And I wish to be the owner of that growth company soon.
I did work in a big multicultural company (staff120k) for12 years, and I'm ever grateful for everything I learned, people I met, teams I belonged to, but not anymore.
The corporate life is overfor me.
