As a construction project manager Who would you like to be present in daily meetings and from whom would you prefer to discuss on phone/privately?

As for who must be in daily meeting?

my engineers who every one of them is responsible for scope of work such as cabel ways,termination,equipment...etc, must be in daily meeting.

As for second point

project manager is the person i prefer to discuss with him privately.
