How would you personally handle the transition from different systems to an integrated system in a company?

well , i have done fresh graduation yet but i have done internship in soda industry , as i observe integrated system is some how complex then other system and it is difficult to handle as others. 

Co ordinate employees and give a better way to get the target in easily
