What is NDT level III salary range in GCC area?

NDT LEVEL3 PER MONTH SALARY IN G CC COUNTRY0 SAR to0 SAR 

unfortunately; some inspector accept far less than this range 3000 -4000 USD in GCC region, and this due to many reasons and might be justifiable for them,  we have to remember the employer's Interest to reduce cost to minimum too,  I hope  this will not affect the quality of work and commitment of hired Inspectors,
