Base on my own understanding when it comes for trouble shooting of a computer sir is the first was ofcourse i will first look at the computer if whats happening and where is the problem came from or what the really problem is, secondly i will analyze the things needed to do the solve the problem, third perform trouble shooting in actual, next is if the first analyzing process has been done and still not solved the problem you must do a second plan to achieve the task well and be done completely. That was a generalized opinion sir about PC trouble shooting
