What is positive and negative for using social media apps. in marketing and customer services?

Positive:-

- Easy to display products and services to the greatest place in the world

- Advertising at a cost commensurate with all sizes of institutions

- Speed of deployment and the arrival of marketing messages across

- Targeted marketing groups control

Negative;-

- Customers who are not using it and losing it in case they are the only means used in marketing

- Can not see how emotions and feelings of the client when communicating through

- Inability to direct sales through

As for the use of social media in customer service, for example but not limited to: -

The pros in the use of social media in customer service

- Create a database of customers and their phones or their e-mail numbers

- Slow down and means of communication and social services clients enough time employee to respond to customer inquiries and reduce errors in the response to them

- Easy to display products or to find a solution to the problems through the picture and sound

As for the negatives in Customer Service:

- Depriving a class of customers who don't in the case are the only means used to communicate with customers

Nowadays, social media in general is playing a big role in our personal & proffesional life. If we are talking about the impact of social media in Marketing and customer service, i would have to say its one of the best positive tools to evaluate and quantify the products and services offered & displayed  in the market by reading people reviews & openions. Business owners or business providers can determine their customers easily. also it reduces the cost of advertising.

Negative: Negative reviews may effect the products & service as everyone on social media can read the comments.

The positive aspects are as follows:

It creates a large database to a wide range pof customers.

Makes comunication easy and fast.

prevent energy lost or makes it less exhaustive to marketters an sales persons as they can cover a wide range of customers and meet demands via emails, online comunications.

The negative impacts are as follows.

Though easy to communicate within a wide range of persons, language barrier can hinder the understanding of the product being presented.

Delays or late arrivals and some marketing firms not trust wordy with the delivery of the non intended product place alot of doubts on some online customers.
