If you knew that things at your company were rocky, why didn't you get out of the company sooner?

If you like the company you will try hardly to find a solution to help it raise again even if the situation is bad, but if you just do you job you will try to find a new job as soon as you heard any bad news about the company

If I stay in the company it's because I have gave them a feedback about what problem they have, and wait for the Company Management to take an action about it.
