What is the best method for air pressure balancing in the high rise building along with consideration of air leakage from windows/doors/frames?

First, the simplest answer is very easy to close all doors and windows in the building.

The second answer is to completely close the fresh air dumber equipped in the air handling treatment unit.

Regarding air balancing it is preferd to increase the size of impeller of AHU .
