In your company, what is more important, working hours, or productivity? Is it different between governmental and private companies?

In our company, we prefer being efficient on the later. We value productivity regardless of the working hours. As long as we produce the best output at the end of the day then that will suffice. Whether we're late or not, or we take overtime, we still count what we had accomplish every single day. 

Yes it varies in government and private companies because in government their working hours is shorter than those of private companies.
