If you really want to go for certifications aside from CISCO then I would suggest you to go for JUNIPER, PALO ALTO, BLUE COAT and many more..this is least but not last. A lot of certification are available in the filed of Networking. Be sure sub part of networking you want to go for like Network Security, Network Data. etc.
CCNA certifications are popular among the entry level information technology people. IT Professionals that has few interests in networking, but otherwise involved on IT finds the curriculum helpful. Professionals like programmers could be better in their job by learning how networking functions.I thin you should read it then you can decide: What Is CCNA
MCITP OR RHCSA ... Or go for both
You can at this point go for CCNP and then CCIE these are very helpful and right track
I RECOMMEND TO YOU CCNP BECAUSE THIS IS VERY HELPFUL FOR YOU SPECIALLY IN NETWORKING FIELD.
