In your opinion, what is the best web development tutorial for beginners and what programming language should I start to learn first?

1. If you want to start web design as a career you should start learn from UI/UX ( user interface & user experience) design, skill adobe Photoshop / fireworks required.

 

2. Then you can start the coding by learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript / JQuery.

 

3. After completing2nd phase now you should learn application server technology / dynamic web development, where you start PHP / ASP.NET to adding dynamic capability in you web pages.

 

4. Final stage, you will need to optimized you website for the search engines, you need to learn Search Engine optimization, and social media marketing, that's it!

any one will say you must learn html then css then jquery then php or asp.net , with sql ( e.g mysql ) , but when I started to learn wordpress I found that it is all in one watch this video

 

after learning CMS like wordpress you can learn advanced web development MVC like symphony or laveral , with git ( i.e github ) to be a team leader and make very big projects like facebook

 

If you want as a regular start start with learning html , css , jquery , php and sql from w3schools.com

In my opinion you must learn first HTML & CSS then you can choose JAVA or JavaScript or even php

Object oriented programming language is the first to learn before developing any application. since its the base for all the languages like java, .Net, ....  If you know oops concept you can do easily coding in any languages.

To begin with, I would suggest to Get decent knowledge on HTML CSS and javascript and then enhance your skills on HTML 5 Angular JS and bootstrap css.
