أنشئ حسابًا أو سجّل الدخول للانضمام إلى مجتمعك المهني.
Dear in my opinion not only in this industry but all other industries/area of works if you have a reference it's a great thing for you. But if you don't it doesn't mean that you won't be able to survive or get a job.
It is very hard to find a job as a trainee as in this department this is all about security/data of company so companies may be don't wanted to take risk by hiring someone who they don't believe. I will suggest you and all new graduates you guys must get some experience in home country first, in that way you will learn a lot of things about corporate environments.
