To summarize there are 2 target customers 1) Business Traveller 2) Tourists and local getaway customers Now a days when hotels open, they specifically target their customers providing a better experience suiting their needs.

Being able to delve in the cultures of the prospective customers & clients and offering them more value added services and benefits.
