There is no "BEST" firm to work for... You should ask for "GOOD" firms... and it depends on what you look for (Experience? Good salary? Good work condtions? ... )
Anyway, Rather than looking for the "BEST" firm to apply, you'd better apply for several companies, and then choose the "BEST" among those whom accepted you.

Talking about sales you should go for big Electrical Manufacturers like : ABB, Siemens, Schneider ....
If you are looking for the field of Contracting there is a lot of good companies here in UAE
so it depends on the path you are seeking
