Tell me some steps of improving team management ?

In my opinion there are 15 important points to improve the team management and built a strong team:

 

1.      Hire smart people.

2.    Develop ownership inside the team.

3.    Share responsibilities with the team members.

4.    Embrace mistakes and educated

5.     Rally the team around the ideas.

6.    Find numbers for everybody and live them and own them.

7.     Listen, learn, support and coach the team members as needed.

8.    Create a career path for them.

9.    Outing.

10.           Improve their performance by individual way.

11.  Keeping them updated.

12. One by one meeting.

13. Listening to their problems and find out solutions as you can.

14. Don’t coach before teach and don’t blame without giving training.

 

15. Let them feel, you are their leader not manager.

• Consider each employee's ideas as valuable. 
• Be aware of employees' unspoken feelings. 
• Act as a harmonizing influence. 
• Be clear when communicating. 
• Encourage trust and cooperation among employees on your team

The success of Teamwork coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.

the main steps to improve team managemant are motivating your team ,developing your team,communicating with your team and be a good listener to team's opinions

• Firstly should focus on the members of the team.
• Should have variety of members with different ideologies in the team that gives them more options to think on any action for getting to the objectives.
• Should consider every team member opinions
• Find out person who is having leadership skills and the team is also willing to follow him.

Become a good listener and giving importance to not only personnel opinion but to every individual in your group, making them feel important.
