How can you introduce your product sales, that makes the customer sure to buy it that he/she can't say no?

first ill approach him with smile and polite manner. then ill ask him what he needed, then ill introduce to him my product and make him feel that this is the one he needed by discussing him the features and advantages of my product compare to the other brands.
