How much time do you and your management team spend on generating revenue?

You seem to find all the answers of successful business, but there is no pattern, every business, industry and team is different, so there is no good and bad answer. All depends.

Most of the time is spend on either formulating strategy or generating revenue.

All companies have a vision of generating higher revenue by their goods/service and hence most of the time spend by management is on thinking on ways how business can be expanded.

There will be problems or hurdles which needs to addressed inorder to retain customers in a way generate revenue. Hence we can say every business revolve around revenue and hence all the time spend will either be used in generating revenue or making strategy of generating revenue.

so far we are spending all the time to generate revenue since most of companies looking for profit so it is an essential objective, but if we are talking on Salaries Vs. Revenue , this is an other topic , and companies should always review the payroll and employees activities , especially now a days in MENA with oil new prices and economic crisis. 

Thanks for invite ... we had and strategy plan that we renewed anually , because we intrduce sestaned services like fairs and free zones activities beside duty free shops

All organizations works towards a specific goal: A profit centered organization direct it’s all activities to have good Income statement and would like to maximize the return investment or interest of the shareholders. So, practically speaking, the entire management team  and all employees works full time  for generating revenue.

it depends on the time if the team are free it will not take a lot of time other ways if the team are full working so it will take some time 

depend upon the quality of products.
